Do I have to sign up for a certain length of time?

Whilst we prefer to create longer-term partnerships so that we can see the fruits of our labour post-launch, all projects and campaigns will have an agreed upon length before you sign up, meaning you won’t sign up for anything more than you’re comfortable with.

What is the pricing structure for your services?

Do you work with businesses of all sizes?

At SEED. we don’t discriminate by size, and understand every business sometimes needs a helping hand, be it big or small. We work with you to determine your goals, budget and required services before you sign up, so all of this will be factored in when it comes down to the work.


What’s your reporting cadence?

Of course, you’ll want to know how your money is being spent and how your campaigns are performing. Transparency is one of our core values, as we believe mutual trust is what drives the best relationships (and the best results). Before your campaign goes live, we will agree to an appropriate reporting cadence depending on your budget, size of campaigns, and services required.

How do you measure success?

Success looks different depending on each client and their individual goals. Before we launch your campaign, we’ll discuss KPI’s and performance indicators with you, so that we’re on the same page when it comes to success.


In the case of a shorter-term campaign or contract, do you offer ongoing support?

We don’t like to hang you out to dry once we have you up and running. Just the same as our onboarding process, we’ll agree to an offboarding process that will be mutually confirmed prior to full offboard.
